HOW TO USE:
- Place food in pot of water (or place food in vacuum-sealed bag and then place bag in water)
- Place Ultimate Precision Cooker into pot, making sure water is at least 3cm above minimum fill line
- Press and hold temperature setting button for 3 seconds to activate
- Adjust temperature using the wheel
- Press and hold time setting button for 3 seconds to activate
- Adjust time using the wheel
- Take food out when time has finished and process as desired
