SET-UP:
Turn base arena upside down and insert ice blocks
Once all ice blocks are in, attach arena legs
Turn arena right-side up
Place penguin onto ice
HOW TO PLAY:
On your turn, spin the wheel
Break the colored ice block that the wheel indicates
If the ice breaks and the penguin doesn't fall, it's your opponent's turn
If the penguin falls, you lose
